We've got Game!

Currently, in exceptionally short supply, we have managed to secure just a handful of fine British Red Grouse, courtesy of a few private British estates.

Iain Smith has prepared a very special seasonal dish, served from today and available to pre-order:

British Red Grouse with maple bacon Boulangère and Cèpe mushroom purée.
Confit leg meat with homemade fig jam, pickled blackberries and foie gras liver parfait.
