Brunch, done beautifully

Launching on Saturday 14th March, from 11am.

We have been busy crafting a wonderful weekly Saturday Brunch, here is a little sneak preview of the some of Iain Smith’s forthcoming menu highlights:

Buttermilk pancakes with whipped rhubarb cream, spring berries and homemade syrup

Eggs Benedict served on muffins with Hollandaise Sauce, with a choice of Pata Negra, Smoked Salmon or Creamed Spinach

Crushed avocado with fresh chillies and poached eggs on toasted sourdough

Hand Carved Scottish Smoked Salmon accompanied by egg white, egg yolk, avocado, capers, shallots, citrus crème fraîche and rye bread

Ossetra Gueldenstaedtii Caviar with savoury pancakes, accompanied by citrus crème fraîche, chopped shallots and chives

Steak Tartare with truffle vinaigrette sugar-snap peas and radishes
