– The Client shall be liable for any loss or damage to the property of No. Fifty Cheyne caused by a member of their party.

– Prices are correct at the time of going to press but may be subject to change.
– Our hire fees include space & venue hire and in-house catering.
– The hire fees quoted are for the areas reserved, regardless of guest’s numbers.
– Our hire fees are inclusive of VAT.
– Please note that a discretionary 15% service fee applies on top of our hire fee.
– The outstanding balance of our hire fee including our discretionary 15% service fee can either be settled in full ahead of the event or on the event date. Any overspend must also be settled on the event date.
– Should the hire fee not be reached on food & beverages on the day, we reserve the right to reflect the difference/outstanding on your final bill
– Any additional supplier charges must be paid ahead of the event

– For all events a 50% deposit of the agreed hire fee is required to secure the date.
– Please note that any deposit of over £5,000 must be paid via Mastercard or Visa, not American Express. Alternatively, we can organize a bank transfer for you.
– The remaining balance of the minimum spend including any overspend is required to be settled in full on the day of your event.

– Cancellations before 28 days of the booking will be refunded 100% of any paid monies.
– Cancellations within 28 days of the booking will forfeit 50% of the deposit
– Cancellations within 14 days of the booking will forfeit 100% of the deposit

– Postponement of events will be permitted provided at least 28 days’ notice is given in writing by the Client.
– In case of postponements, we will keep your 50% deposit on hold which will be transferred to the new agreed event date which must be within 12 months from the original event date.

– No. Fifty Cheyne may cancel the booking if the client is in arrears with any payment to the restaurant.
– The restaurant or any part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control.
– No. Fifty Cheyne reasonably consider the booking might prejudice the reputation or cause damage to the restaurant, in such an event the restaurant will refund any advanced payment and
have no further liability to the client.
– If there an enforced closure of the restaurant by any public authority, in such a case we will treat your event as a postponement on the terms mentioned in these T&C’s and our deposit and any monies paid will be transferred to your new event date.

– Event groups are required to select one set menu for the whole group.
– Your event menu must be chosen 10 days prior to your booking.
– Food & beverages pre-orders must be submitted 10 days prior to your booking.
– Any allergies must be provided, in writing, 10 days prior to your booking.
– Menus are subject to seasonal and pricing changes.
– Gluten free & Vegan menus are available on request.

– There must be at least 1 adult per 4 children (under 18) whilst on the premises.
– Last drink orders are 23:30.
– For any additional items (e.g.: cakes/flowers etc… sourced on your behalf by No. Fifty Cheyne) the supplier will invoice you directly.
– Bands and DJ must be setup downstairs on our ground floor. Please also note that as part of our licensing and company policy, when a live band or a DJ is performing, we must provide our inhouse sound engineer to monitor sound level as we are in an extremely residential neighbourhood. This will be invoiced to you.
– Furniture removal – Please note that, as we do not have storage in-house, in the case of a wedding ceremony or a standing event where you may want/need to remove some or all of the restaurant’s furniture, we will hire a van to remove and store it overnight. This will be invoiced to you.

By paying your agreed 50% deposit, you confirm to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions above. You understand that your reservation at the No. Fifty Cheyne is made upon these terms and conditions.
