Iain has prepared a seasonal menu for this festive season, featuring his celebrated roasts, and a host of new seasonal À La Carte dishes.

Bringing the family together this festive season around Iain’s Saturday Roast, which will be available from Saturday 26th November and throughout the winter period.

Highlights include:
Jersey rock oysters with classic shallot & cabernet sauvignon vinegar granita, burnt lemon
Roast Norfolk turkey with glazed redcurrant cabbage, potato fondant with brussel sprout and maple bacon ragout, whiskey-glazed dates and cranberry sauce
Pumpkin, pear and golden beetroot salad with citrus and pickled raisin quinoa, cashew nut cream with caramelized mandarin and beetroot caramel
Sticky toffee pudding with milk crumble and clotted cream ice cream
Hot Christmas pudding with mince pie ice cream, white chocolate and brandy sauce
